DLI 7: Number of WSPs progressively achieving their Operating Cost Coverage Ratio (OCCR) targets as per their approved PIAPs
US$675,757 disbursement ceiling per WSP over the program period scalable to level of achievement
- Disbursements will be made to WSPs in proportion to their incremental achievement for the current year against the OCCR (as defined in Section 11 in the POM) target in their approved PIAP. The total amount allocated to this DLI will be equally divided between the 33 WSPs.
- A WSP is eligible for payment under DLI 7 in any Program period based on the disbursement formula (as defined in Section 11 in the POM), provided up to the ceiling of US$675,757 per WSP.

Verification Protocol – IVA Procedure
i. The IVA will carry out a desk-based review of the WSPs’ financial records showing their operational costs and operational expenditures
ii. The IVA shall make physical visits to all of the WSPs to verify completed investments defined in the PIAPs.
