If verification finds that less than 80% of results reported in a county for DLI 4 in any one program period and verification cycle are eligible, the county will not receive any disbursement for those results under DLI 4 in the current program period. However, the county may resubmit the results for verification in a subsequent Program period after resolving the eligibility issues.
A 'shared toilet' is classified by the Joint Monitoring Program as a 'limited' where a toilet is shared between two or more households. A household in the context of K-WASH may include multiple generations of the same family. A household may not include non-related neighbours. If a toilet is shared between multiple members of the same family, this is NOT considered a shared toilet for the purpose of verification and can qualify for disbursement if meeting other criteria.
